\n3.\u00a0Four color photos (3×4 size) of applicant taken recently and one color photo in 5x7cm size, Four to be pasted on Tourist Business Visa Application Forms and Report of Arrival Forms. The last photo (5×7 size) does not need to be pasted, just delivered with the other documents.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4. Valid passport (good for 6 months at least from the date of entry),\u00a0<\/strong>
\n5. Air tickets copies\u00a0of arrival and exit flights in\/out Myanmar,\u00a0<\/strong>
\n6. Air tickets copies\u00a0of internal flights in Myanmar, if that is the case,\u00a0<\/strong>
\n7. Hotel confirmation copy,<\/strong>
\n8. A Recommendation letter from your company stating the purpose\u00a0<\/strong>
\nand a recommending Myanmar company or Ministry.
\n9. Certificate of Incorporation,\u00a0of the inviting company in Myanmar.<\/strong>
\n10 – FORM VI – RETURN OF ALLOTMENTS – THE MYANMAR COMPANIES ACT\u00a0(Myanmar Companies Act, See section 104),\u00a0of the inviting\u00a0company in Myanmar.<\/strong>
\n11 – FORM XXVI – PARTICULARS OF DIRECTORS, MANAGERS AND MANAGING AGENTS AND OF ANY CHANGES THEREIN\u00a0(Myanmar Companies Act, See section 87),\u00a0of the inviting\u00a0company in Myanmar.<\/strong><\/p>\n
