FOREIGN INDEPENDENT TRAVELERS OR PACKAGE TOUR<\/h2>\n

1. Two Tourist Visa Application Forms,<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Two Report of Arrival Forms,<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0Four color photos (3×4 size) of applicant taken recently and one color photo in 5x7cm size, Four to be pasted on Tourist Business Visa Application Forms and Report of Arrival Forms. The last photo (5×7 size) does not need to be pasted, just delivered with the other documents.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4. Valid passport (good for 6 months at least from the date of entry),<\/strong><\/p>\n

5. Air tickets copies of arrival and exit flights in\/out Myanmar,<\/strong><\/p>\n

6. Air tickets copies of internal flights in Myanmar, if that is the case,<\/strong><\/p>\n

7. Hotel confirmation copy,<\/strong><\/p>\n

8. Medical certificate certified by medical doctor (attached),<\/strong><\/p>\n

9. Vise fees = R$ 160,00.<\/strong><\/p>\n
